Our hospital places strong emphasis on the professional development of our faculty. We utilize diverse approaches to enhance the quality of our clinical instructors, including role modeling, professional training,overseas study. Since 2020, we have initiated 371 teachingresearch reform projects, including 205 at the provincial-ministerialnational level. We have published 123 teaching papers, including 6 SCI-indexed24 core journal papers, ranking 51st among national medical collegesuniversities. We have served as a chief editorco-editor for 44 textbooks, 11 of which were published by top-tier national publishers. Furthermore, we have achieved notable success in various national teaching competitions.
